Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at Welcome Station and support sales growth.
• Assist with member sign-ups, changes, and account management.
• Follow pricing and discount policies.
• Maintain wash area safety and operate equipment safely.
• Engage customers at Convenience Station and manage member experience.
• Perform opening/closing duties and general site upkeep.
