Whistle Express Car Wash is looking for an Associate to help run the lot, guide guests through the wash experience, and keep the site moving smoothly. You’ll be involved in the tunnel, vacuum station, and detail centers, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a positive guest experience.

No prior experience is required; a 60-day certification program gets you started. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and opportunities to advance with the team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program sets you up from day one.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to operate or learn wash equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station and promote services and memberships.
• Assist with sign-ups, changes, and account management for members.
• Follow pricing and discounts policies and support sales growth.
• Prepare vehicles, ensure preexisting conditions are identified, and operate wash equipment as directed.
• Maintain wash and detail areas, communicate issues to the team, and keep areas clean and organized.
• Engage customers professionally to ensure positive experiences and encourage reviews.
• Manage and organize member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
• Perform general site upkeep and safety checks across the tunnel, vacuum and detail centers.
