Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running smoothly, and contribute to a positive guest day. This hands-on role operates at the lot, tunnel, and vacuum station with a focus on service and efficiency.

There is a 60-day certification program and no prior experience is required. You must be physically active, customer-focused, and able to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to support sales and member sign-ups and account management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, support membership growth, assist with sign-ups, manage accounts, follow pricing and discount policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, keep wash area clean, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely, communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers to ensure a positive experience, encourage Google reviews, manage member accounts and inventory.
• General Duties: maintain professional conduct, perform opening/closing duties, clean the tunnel, prepare towels and materials.
