Job summary

Eagle Brook Church is seeking a Guest Experience Ministries Process Developer in Centerville, MN. This role focuses on developing internal processes and tools to advance Guest Experience initiatives in alignment with the church mission.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of project coordination, strong MS Office skills, and a passion for the guest experience, with a commitment to Eagle Brook Church’s beliefs. Regular hours and potential remote one day per week support the ministry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; inventory management experience a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and guest experience mindset.
• Follower of Jesus and aligned with Eagle Brook Church beliefs.

• Researches potential improvements to strategies and systems.

GUEST EXPERIENCE MINISTRIES PROCESS DEVELOPER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH

JOB OBJECTIVES

• Develops internal processes and tools designed to help move Guest Experience initiatives forward to live out the mission of Eagle Brook Church
• Identifies successful strategies and processes to create a seamless Guest Experience for attenders
• Reports to Guest Experience Ministries Director

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Integrates ministry vision, policies, church management system functionality and objective alignment for ministry impact
• Develops processes to measure effectiveness of strategies within Guest Experience
• Initiates processes to scale and creates best practices
• Creates project timelines to guide team projects
• Works with cross-functional teams to execute systems, resources and processes
• Leads Guest Experience Ministries purchasing and supply distribution process
• Supports the creation and coordination of training strategies for processes and for staff and volunteer development
• Researches possible improvements to current strategies, processes and systems
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination

• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
• Salary Range: $25.00 - $26.00
• Employment Classification: Full Time
• Regular/Temporary: Regular
• Workdays: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
• Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional evening hours
• Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remotely 1 day per week

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Regular communicating with others to exchange information
• Regular sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing
