Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Provide an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
• Answer phones and respond to membership questions and inquiries.
• Give prospective members tours of the facility and communicate Gym Culture's services and membership options.
• Assist with new memberships, renewals, account questions, and membership changes.
• Support membership retention by building relationships and identifying member needs.
• Process transactions and assist with retail sales.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
• Assist with member events, promotions, and community initiatives.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure high-quality, consistent service.
• Learn and confidently communicate Gym Culture policies, programs, services, and amenities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
