Job summary

The Lash Lounge in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding guest service, drive membership and retail sales, and schedule appointments using MindBody. You will be the welcoming face of the salon and play a key role in daily operations.

Greet guests, answer calls, and manage bookings while maintaining a clean, inviting space. Weekend/evening availability and commission-based incentives are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
