Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all Guests.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, and check-in/check-out using booking software.
• Contact members to encourage rebooking and maintain relationships.
• Support the team of stylists and makeup artists to keep the bar running smoothly.
• Monitor and assist with inventory and product stocking.
