Job summary

Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) is hiring a Member Services Representative (MSR) to be the first and last friendly face at our clubs. You will greet members, check in guests, handle inquiries, and promote services.

This position requires a valid Child/Infant CPR certification, experience with children, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Valid Child/Infant CPR certification required.
• Experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and assist as they check in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner and communicate events to members.
• Sell retail products and schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and handle member requests or forward to a manager.
• Assist in club operations and follow company policies.
