Common Citizen in Westland, Michigan is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to organize and run our retail stores and stand in for the General Manager when needed. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing staff across departments, analyzing performance, and ensuring the highest quality cannabis customer experience in line with our 'cannabis for humanity' principles.

You will work full-time, non-exempt, earning $21 per hour with benefits and opportunities to grow as

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail customer service role.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Lean Methodology experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
• Coordinate retail store operations.
• Ensure store schedules and objectives are met by employees.
• Track progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
• Coach and support new and existing Guest Advisors.
• Lead selling skills and observe selling behaviors with feedback.
• Act as store representative and set an example for staff.
• Flex to different departments including reception, sales floor, inventory, delivery, curbside, and fulfillment.
