Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with knowledge in leadership, financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations
• Maintain a beautiful environment with attention to detail for a pleasing experience
• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and meaningful causes
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking for revenue-driven ideas and opportunities
• Able to work a varied schedule, minimum 40 hours including holidays, nights and weekends
• 1 year Retail or Hospitality Management
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Recruit, train and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals
• Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions
• Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community to enhance people’s lives
• Holds self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards
• Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance
