Job summary

Applebee’s is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Gloucester location. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage training and development of staff.

The role requires 1-2+ years in casual dining supervision, strong integrity, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Competitive salary with a quarterly bonus and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information with discretion and good judgment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and solves problems on the go.
• Passion for hospitality and guest interaction.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
