Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Part-time Educator in Houston Highland Village to deliver top-tier guest experiences through product education and authentic community engagement.

Role requires strong communication, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for inclusive, high-energy retail environments. Training on products and omnichannel programs will be provided, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests' time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online/pick up in store, phone sales, ship from store) per company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members.
• Perform product presentation tasks and stock replenishment according to standards.
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adapt to safety policies.
