Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Proficient reading, writing, and comprehension in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Make sure high quality food is served and customer issues are resolved.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes and temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train the front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
