Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at corporate owned and operated McDonald's restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Assisting guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Providing extra hands to guests in need.
• Checking on guests after they have their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handling concerns and feedback for the restaurant team.
