Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Help guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after receiving their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to the restaurant team and contribute recommendations.
