Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited in Porter, Texas is hiring a Guest Experience Leader for a part-time role in our restaurant. You’ll greet guests, assist with ordering at kiosks, help customers, ensure satisfaction, and assist kids with treats. You’ll work between 8am and 8pm as needed, joining a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Support guests needing extra help and ensure satisfaction.
• Confirm guests are happy with their meals and assist with requests.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat where appropriate.
• Address guest concerns and relay feedback to the team.
