Qualifications

• Part-time role between 8am and 8pm.
• Must be 16+ years old to work at corporate owned and operated McDonald’s.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offer help to customers who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after they receive their food to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Handle any guest concerns.
• Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations.
