Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven ability to develop people and lead high-performance teams.
• Strong monetary and P&L management skills to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Restaurant General Manager in the absence of the GM.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Be visible in FOH/BOH, participate in guest service during peak hours.
• Ensure prompt, high-quality service and maintain hygiene standards.
• Plan staffing and training; manage schedules and labor costs.
• Oversee menu design input and pricing; maintain equipment and facilities.
