Spinnaker Resorts is seeking a Welcome Center/Tour Desk associate at King's Creek Resort in Williamsburg, VA. You will manage daily front desk operations, greet guests, and assist with tour bookings and gift distribution.

The role requires strong customer service, computer skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include reconfirming arrivals, updating guest information, selling restaurant tickets, and coordinating with sales and operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office.
• Strong work ethic and dependable.
• Flexible availability and ability to adapt to seasonal staffing needs.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Welcome Center and Tour Reception desks.
• Qualify guests and assist with tour bookings and gift distribution.
• Check in/out tours and maintain guest data in SPI.
• Sell tickets and make reservations for area restaurants/attractions.
• Provide excellent hospitality and coordinate with other departments.
