Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company. You will provide accurate information, guide guests, and help manage lines and departures to keep tours on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Outgoing and enjoy working with the public.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hand out brochures and collect ticket stubs from our guests and apply a date stamp or direct guests to the ticket booths
• Gather ticket stubs and e-tickets to be redeemed by Sales Representatives.
• Provide local tourism-related information with accuracy
• Assist in boarding passengers and see to guest's satisfaction while boarding to ensure vehicles depart depot on time.
• Provide ridership numbers to the dispatcher at required intervals.
