Ranchlands Paintrock Canyon Ranch is seeking a Hospitality Lead to serve as the main representative for guests at Camp. This role oversees day-to-day operations, presentation, and the guest experience, ensuring Camp runs smoothly and meets high standards.

Based at Paintrock Canyon Ranch in northern Wyoming, this full-time seasonal position runs mid-May to early October, includes shared housing, meals during shifts, and a portion of the tip pool averaging about $2,000 per month.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or service.
• Excellent conversationalist and communicator with guests and staff.
• Strong problem-solving, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to work long hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Own the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Elevate guest comfort and the camp appearance.
• Educate guests about Ranchlands, Paintrock Canyon Ranch, and operations.
• Oversee breakfast and dinner service to high standards.
• Represent Ranchlands’ food program and sourcing philosophy to guests.
• Develop and maintain inventory/restocking for camp supplies.
• Clean and restock bathrooms and facilities daily.
