Job summary

ARC'TERYX is seeking a store ambassador in San Francisco for a part-time, on-site role. You will deliver outstanding service, share expert product knowledge, and help guests find gear that fits their needs. You’ll support store initiatives, handle transactions, and engage with the local community to raise the brand profile.

You must be flexible and enthusiastic about outdoor life. This position is part-time, requires weekend availability, and offers a competitive hourly rate along with benefits

• Share technical product knowledge and assist with problem solving.
• Maintain strong product understanding and weave it into guest interactions.
• Be flexible, self-motivated and ready to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest needs.
• Engage guests with product expertise and recommendations.
• Represent ARC'TERYX as a brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
• Support merchandising and store initiatives with leadership.
• Process guest transactions via POS, including warranties and returns.
• Assist with in-store tasks and respond to inquiries via phone or email.
