Job summary

Bars & Recreation is seeking a proactive Crew Lead to support hospitality and facility operations across our Milwaukee-area venues. You will assist the Senior Operations Manager, act as the on-site lead when no supervisory staff is present, and guide Crew Members toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a background in hospitality, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a hospitality/service setting.
• Must have held a leadership/supervisory position.
• Preference for bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-duty leader when on site, guiding staff and operations.
• Support Senior Managers and lead hospitality and facility operations.
• Train and mentor Crew Members to improve efficiency and guest service.
• Respond to guest concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Open and close the facility as needed and manage daily operations.
