Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Beverage Manager for Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. You will oversee beverage operations across high‑volume venues, lead staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance while driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication to align with sponsor and partner expectations and maintain excellence during concerts, sports, and private events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of beverage operations experience.
• Experience in high-volume stadium/arena environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day beverage operations across multiple venues and events.
• Lead and develop beverage staff, including scheduling and evaluations.
• Maintain inventory controls for liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; manage pars and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and safety policies.
• Drive revenue through premium beverage programs and guest satisfaction.
