Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor in St. Louis, MO. The role leads housekeeping teams, ensures guest room and public area cleanliness, and upholds safety standards while coordinating with maintenance and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in housekeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Inspect assigned suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper repairs.
• Ensure associates have supplies, equipment, and proper uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce them; retrain for unsafe behaviors and conduct investigations.
• Perform housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming, and cleaning.
• Verify and update status of discrepant rooms during shift.
• Randomly inspect rooms for cleanliness.
• Open and close shifts as scheduled.
• Notify GM/Chief Engineer of maintenance needs.
• Monitor hotel cleanliness including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
