Job summary

Brasada Ranch seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the team, promote superior guest experiences, and uphold the Ranch’s housekeeping standards. You will train, coach, and monitor Room Attendants, assign daily duties, and ensure timely, thorough cleaning of cabins and public areas.

You will coordinate inspections, address guest complaints, and manage costs, equipment, and procedures under budget guidelines. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and training experience in housekeeping.
• Ability to train, coach and provide feedback to staff.
• Proven skills in scheduling, inspections and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all housekeeping functions to meet standards.
• Train and supervise Room Attendants; assign daily duties.
• Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions with management.
• Communicate room status and guest needs to team; ensure on-time cleaning.
• Monitor equipment, maintain cleanliness of cabins and public areas.
• Prepare reports and log data on assignments and time cards.
