Brasada Ranch is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the leadership team. You will oversee all aspects of the Housekeeping Department, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure clean, welcoming accommodations through strong leadership and cost controls.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, inspections, and adherence to resort standards to deliver a home-away-from-home experience for guests every day.

Qualifications

• Maintains high standard of organization and communication in housekeeping operations
• Trains, coaches, and provides feedback to Room Attendants
• Assigns daily duties and inspects for cleanliness standards
• Investigates complaints and coordinates corrective actions with manager
• Conducts orientation and ongoing training on standards, policies and procedures
• Reviews daily room status and assigns work accordingly
• Performs cleaning duties to meet guaranteed check-in times
• Inspects cabins and public areas for cleanliness and needed repairs
• Recommends updates to standards and procedures for housekeeping
• Communicates room readiness to desk staff and guests

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting
• Communicate service needs for rooms to room attendants
• Monitor housekeeping staff and provide assistance as needed
• Check equipment before/after use and ensure proper working order
• Demonstrate knowledge of Room Attendant service scenarios
• Adhere to resort housekeeping standards and guest identification procedures
• Ensure lost and found items are logged appropriately
• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences
• Review daily workflow to complete daily assignments
