Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, recreation, or high-volume settings preferred.
• Strong leadership presence to command a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams in high-energy, guest-facing settings.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of safety protocols in active or recreational environments.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience on shift, engaging with guests and resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Lead, coach, and redeploy team members to manage guest flow and peak periods.
• Monitor lines, adjust staffing and coverage to maintain pacing and safety.
• Enforce safety rules, report incidents, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, brand-ready environments and coordinate with maintenance as needed.
