Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to greet guests, take orders, operate the register, and assist with kitchen tasks. The role runs 8am–8pm on a part-time basis, with opportunities to grow while supporting a full-time aspiration.

You’ll help keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and welcoming for every guest. Benefits include competitive pay up to $11/hr, weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities through Archways to Opportunity for education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Requirements:

A McDonald’s Guest Experience Lead is responsible for a wide variety of tasks throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
• Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
• Handling any concerns
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
