Job summary

McDonald’s in Bristol Township is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will greet guests, help them order, assist with kiosks, and ensure a positive dining experience for every customer.

You’ll collaborate with crew members to respond to guest needs, check back after orders, and support families by ensuring kids receive a treat when appropriate. A positive attitude and willingness to grow are essential.

Qualifications

• Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering.
• Offering help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands.
• Checking with customers once they have received their order, to see if they need anything else.
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat.
• Handling any concerns.
