Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in a local franchisee-owned restaurant. You will help shape the guest experience through friendly service, efficient order handling, and welcoming teamwork.

You will collaborate with the crew to maintain cleanliness, support promotions, and resolve guest concerns promptly, while growing with a company that values diversity and opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience by greeting guests and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Promote and explain promotions and app features (McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay).

This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll:

Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves

Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction

Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

Be in the know: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features
