SMI Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front desk team and delivering exceptional guest service at our Richmond property.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensures guests are welcomed promptly, and coaches staff to uphold high standards of service and accuracy in front desk operations.

Competenze

• Experience as a hotel front desk supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience with hotel reservations/front desk systems such as Galaxy Lightspeed or Opera preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front desk team and maintaining high standards of guest service and operational performance.
• Help ensure staff follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accommodate guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Coach and train front desk associates; supervise day-to-day activities.
• Process cash, credit card, and other transactions per policies.
• Audit and report on cash/credit transactions, deposits, and postings.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts, reservations, and front desk records.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
