McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Leader to join a fast-paced team. You’ll greet guests, assist with ordering kiosks, and ensure customers have a positive experience while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Role emphasizes teamwork, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Eligible candidates must be 16 years or older and available during 8am–8pm shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a friendly, energetic approach.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks and technology.
• Provide extra help to customers who need it.
• Check guests after order to ensure satisfaction and offer help.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat when appropriate.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Share feedback and recommendations with restaurant team.
