The role reports to the Client Services Supervisor, requires a flexible schedule, and may include overtime, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with name badges, printing, and general administrative needs.
• Provide beverage and snack service to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate transportation services as needed (e.g., rideshare, taxis).
• Ensure coffee stations and common areas are clean and well maintained.
• Print and collect required waivers and documentation.
