You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and on-site leadership to ensure a consistent guest experience and smooth event operations throughout multiple footprints.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced, public environments.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay flexible for weekends/holidays.
• Experience in timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome event guests with a warm, professional demeanor reflecting Vacatia's brand.
• Partner with on-site package sales reps, directing attendees to enter their lead information.
• Maintain a clean, organized exhibit space and assist on-site leadership with event operations.
• Navigate changing priorities in busy spaces, directing traffic and ensuring guests feel supported.
• Support teammates with coverage during breaks and maintain a collaborative, upbeat environment.
