Tom Wood Volkswagen Noblesville is seeking a Guest Satisfaction Lead to drive exceptional guest experiences and support daily dealership operations. You will lead by example in guest experience, urgency, and cleanliness, greeting guests and coordinating service-advisor support.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining lot and drive cleanliness, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring shuttle readiness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and support service advisors.
• Schedule appointments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, service drive, and customer areas.
• Manage vehicle flow (parking and pull-ups).
• Ensure vehicles are washed when appropriate.
• Maintain shuttle readiness (clean and fueled).
• Communicate with team regarding tasks and runs.
