Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests. You will lead food and beverage service, explain menu items, accommodate dietary needs, and ensure satisfaction.

Part-time or full-time positions with starting pay $15 per hour, weekly direct deposit. Benefits include Health, Dental & Vision, 401(k), PTO, EAP, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class dining service to residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food/beverages and accommodate dietary needs.
• Explain menu items and cooking methods to residents.
• Ensure satisfaction and address service issues with supervisor when needed.
• Assist with setup, breakdown and cleaning of service areas.
