Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and recommending Ulta Beauty products and services
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Pair guests with an associate for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver unrivaled guest experiences while achieving sales goals
• Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest-readiness
• Maintain regular attendance
