Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Orlando, FL is seeking a Lead Cashier to drive guest service, loyalty engagement, and efficient cashwrap operations. You’ll train new cashiers, support the leadership team, and help steward brand standards while delivering exceptional store experiences.

In this role you will manage register functions, assist with inventory and merchandising, and lead by example to meet sales goals and guest satisfaction through proactive teamwork and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and a competency for selling
• Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Lead cashwrap displays and maintain cleanliness and readiness for guests
