Hyatt Regency Bellevue welcomes you to join our team as the Restaurant AM Greeter/Host for Eques, our award-winning Pacific Northwest–themed breakfast restaurant. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and help with to-go orders, delivering warm hospitality from the moment guests arrive.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have open and flexible availability, to include: AM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous restaurant and customer service experience preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create the first impression for the restaurant.
• Assist with table accommodations and menu recommendations.
• Support the Eques team in taking all to-go orders.
• Cross-train as Server Assistant to provide additional support.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and act as a final contact before departure.
