Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor in Birch Bay, WA. You will lead daily guest service operations, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, analyze reports, and coordinate front- and back-of-house activities to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will train, mentor, and coach staff to uphold service standards, while managing schedules and inventory. A minimum of 1 year in hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and hospitality service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily guest service operations and shifts.
• Ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures and analyze reports.
• Maintain room inventory and adjust schedules to meet needs.
