Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and push heavy carts.
• Strong communication and professional guest interaction skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas.
• Deliver linens, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff promptly.
• Assist guests with requests and respond courteously.
• Restock carts and storage areas with supplies.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report hazards.
• Participate in daily hotel operations meetings.
