Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Houseperson to maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of the property while supporting the Housekeeping and Front of House teams.

You will perform room support, handle linens and assist with deep cleaning tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, reliability, and flexibility including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping managers and supervisors.
• Communicate daily with leadership regarding assignments and timeframes.
• Maintain clean, organized corridors and public spaces.
• Strip beds, replace linens, and manage trash after checkout.
• Support housekeeping attendants and Front of House teams for seamless daily operations.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance and behavior.
