Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous and guest-focused at all times.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on feet for eight (8) hours or more and frequently lift, push, pull and carry up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with team members and guests.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms after checkout.
• Sanitize all high-touch surfaces.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner.
