Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott - Okemos, Michigan is seeking a dedicated hotel room attendant/housekeeper to help keep our spaces clean and welcoming. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, clean public areas, restrooms, fitness spaces, and assist guests with requests to ensure a positive stay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas, restrooms, fitness spaces, and guest-request areas to brand standards.
• Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens; ensure housekeeping has sufficient supplies per shift.
• Deliver items to guest rooms and assist with late checkouts as needed.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, touch-up painting, basic plumbing/HVAC).
• Record and track maintenance issues using Quore; communicate updates to leadership.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Keep storage and laundry areas clean, stocked, and organized.
