You will follow established standards of cleanliness and propriety, maintain carts and storerooms, and restock essential amenities with a focus on efficiency and guest comfort.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Good communication with guests and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves items from shelves and storerooms and prepares cleaning carts.
• Cleans rooms and public areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Restocks towels, amenities and supplies as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Vacuums and dusts rooms, hallways and public areas for a pristine appearance.
• Inspects doors, locks and room equipment and reports issues to supervision.
• Maintains a friendly, courteous demeanor with guests and colleagues.
