Job summary

ESA Management, LLC in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures, ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role includes stocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting safety and training requirements. Strong communication and the ability to follow instructions and timelines are essential.

This is a full-time on-site role with occasional travel to assist other locations within a reasonable geography.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines; ability to engage with manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and company standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary and/or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training.
• Assisting with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager... (and so on)
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
