Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a House Manager to lead the rooms operation, supervising front office, housekeeping and laundry, and engineering. This role ensures every area of the house delivers the highest level of service while managing labor and expenses.

The House Manager will be a visible on-the-floor leader, owning guest experience from arrival to departure and coordinating with departments to maintain brand standards and profitability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3+ years of supervisory experience in front office or housekeeping.
• Computer skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with hotel property management and housekeeping systems required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation of front office, housekeeping and laundry, and engineering.
• Be hands-on on the floor during peak periods to support the team.
• Drive guest satisfaction, cleanliness standards, and revenue goals through rooms strategies.
