Job summary

The Study at Johns Hopkins is seeking House Attendants to maintain clean guest floors and common areas and support Room Attendants. You will report maintenance issues to Engineering and perform occasional deep cleaning tasks inside guest rooms.

Our team emphasizes guest service and safety; weekend availability is strongly preferred, with a typical 7 am–5 pm schedule. This role offers comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time staff at Study Hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move for the entire shift, with lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of hospitality and guest service.
• Thoroughly clean and replenish guest floors and assist Room Attendants.
• Attend to guests' needs, deliver supplies, and report repairs to Engineering.
• Ensure guest room security and privacy; keep assignment lists confidential.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Assist in Laundry as needed and follow safety procedures.
