Ro Hyde Park in Tampa is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet customers, manage reservations, and coordinate seating for dining and bar areas, ensuring a smooth flow of guests throughout service.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work shifts. A high school diploma or GED is needed, with hospitality certification considered a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Experience in hosting/waiting roles preferred, including reservation management.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and restaurant etiquette.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to stay organized and coordinate seating for dining and bar areas.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations and seating options.
• Escort guests to dining or bar areas and present menus.
• Greet guests during departure and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain a clean reception area and assist with overflow tasks.
• Answer phone inquiries and address customer questions.
• Assist servers as needed and manage guest flow.
